What happened this year?
Like, what really happened?
Not just the calendar facts—the themes, the turning points, the moments that changed you.
If you're like most people, you've had an up-and-down year. Some incredible highs. Some challenging lows. And a lot of in-between moments that shaped you in ways you're only starting to understand.
But here's the thing: it's hard to pull wisdom from a year while you're still living it.
Especially now, as the holidays rush in with their own chaos—the parties, the family obligations, the end-of-year work deadlines, the pressure to have it all figured out by January 1st.
Most of us don't carve out time to look back before we leap forward into the new year.
We just... keep going. And going. And going. And going. And then burn out.
What if you actually paused first?
Here's what I've learned after years of doing this work with my storytelling clients:
When you create intentional space to reflect on your year—the highs, the lows, and everything in between—you discover patterns you couldn't see before. You find wisdom in the hard parts. You remember what actually matters.
And most importantly? You get to decide what your stories are really about.
But doing this alone, in the midst of holiday overwhelm? That's hard. Really hard.
That's why we do this together, in community.
When you're in a room (virtual or in-person) with other people at similar crossroads, something shifts. You hear your own story reflected in someone else's experience. You realize you're not alone in feeling stuck or uncertain. You get to witness others being brave, which gives you permission to be brave too.
The reflection becomes richer. The insights become clearer. And you walk away not just with clarity—but with connection.
This workshop is for you if:
You're someone who:
💭 Has had an up-and-down year and wants to make sense of it all
💭 Is at a personal or professional crossroads and seeking clarity
💭 Feels stuck in old stories about what success "should" look like
💭 Is overwhelmed by holiday chaos and needs space to actually reflect
💭 Wants to intentionally shape 2026 instead of just drifting into it
💭 Knows there's something powerful inside you waiting to emerge
💭 Craves meaningful reflection and real community (not another surface-level goal-setting workshop)
💭 Is ready to take agency over your narrative and create the next chapter you actually want

Why I'm hosting this workshop
After years of Story Coaching, I've seen how powerful it is when people pause to really look at their stories—not just to tell them better, but to understand what they reveal about who you are and what you're being called toward.
I've watched clients move from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to taking bold, aligned action. From living in someone else's story of what their life "should" look like to building something uniquely theirs.
And it always starts with reflection.
This workshop is my gift to my community—a carved-out space for the reflection that's so hard to do alone, especially during the holiday rush.
So both workshops are completely free.
A fun story from this work
Last year, one of my clients—Michelle—did this exact reflection exercise. During the workshop, she got clear on an intention that felt bold and maybe even a little impossible: to be on Jeopardy!
And guess what? She did it. She was on Jeopardy! in 2025.
That's what happens when you stop drifting and start navigating with intention. When you get crystal clear on what you actually want, then step into the year ready to create it.
Your stories hold this same power.
📅 Ready to reflect and navigate?
Both workshops are completely free—this is my gift to you as we close out the year together.
