How to come prepared

We'll be doing reflective writing and sharing stories together (in breakout rooms if virtual, or in circle if in-person).

Bring your favorite journal and pen, or plan to type directly into the workshop workbook I'll send you. Come ready to be present, share (if you want to), and do some real work with your own stories.

Your Reflection Homework

Between now and the workshop, start remembering: What the hell actually happened this year?

Here are some places to look:

📸 Your photos - Scroll through your camera roll. What photos or moments stand out?
📅 Your calendar - What events, trips, and meetings shaped your year?
📔 Your journal - If you keep one, skim back through. How have you grown and changed?
💬 ChatGPT or Claude - Look at your question history for themes
💳 Your credit card statements - What did you invest in? What did you impulse buy?
🎵 Your Spotify Wrapped - What soundtrack defined your year?
📧 Your email - Look at "Sent" for what you were working on
🗂️ Your Google Drive - What projects lived there?

You don't need to have it all figured out. Just start noticing. Let the memories surface. Get curious about what shaped you.

Most importantly? Come as you are. Your experiences are enough. Your story matters.
